Since the stomach bug, EC has had very little to eat- some toast, a little milk, but almost no fruits and veggies. My nutrition concerns have sky rocketed. I finally got the idea to make her a smoothie, but I was extra sneaky. I made the smoothie, put it in a glass (with a straw) that I normally use and pretended that it was just for me. Pretty soon EC was asking for a "bite" and "more." Worked like a charm!
I really wanted to sneak some veggies into the smoothie, but I thought that would be pushing my luck. Next time!
