"A Trip to the Store"

PS- don't you love everything about her outfit?  It's a rainy day, so super curly hair minus the hair bow.  Red shirt she wore today, pajama pants because she spilled something on her regular pants, BU house shoes because she loves them, my red Coach purse that she's pretty much claimed for her own and to round off this fashion statement, her sunglasses.  Every time she puts them on her or me, she says "cool!"

We heard the BU Men's Basketball was going to be practically in our own backyard, so we couldn't pass up the chance to watch them play.  It was EC's first sporting event and I think she did pretty good!  It was extra nice that Big E and Aunt Bootie helped keep an eye on her.

World's Greatest Indoor Rodeo

Or so the announcer said.  But he said a lot of things that made me raise an eyebrow.  EC's first trip to the Fort Worth Rodeo and overall, I'd say she loved it.

There was a lot to take in-

lights, music, people, animals, cotton candy, etc.

She was a little overwhelmed.

Kind of in a trance.

Still deciding if she liked it.

I think H felt the same way.

As the show went on, she enjoyed it more.

She cheered on the barrel racers.

Took turns sitting in laps.

Whiplash- the dog with a monkey for a rider.

And finally- the bull riding (she was a little done at this point).

They walked all around holding hands- it was so cute!

best smiles- trying to get into a car that was not ours!

We had to remind her- it's Winnie's turn, not Emme's turn.

Yogurt Lover

 

Yogurt and strawberries are the flavor of the month!  She wants them for every meal and always asks for more.  And by the way, she's on blueberry boycott.  Can't even have one on her tray.
